SEASONAL POSITIONS FOR SUMMER, 2009

Line cook:  must be able to handle pressure, work quickly, and multi-task.  You must be committed to delivering great food and meeting all cleanliness and food safety requirements.  We will train you to cook if you love good food and meet the other requirements.  Expected hours:  7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 2-5 days a week depending upon our needs. 

Preparation cook:  must work quickly and efficiently as a member of the team that prepares food for line cooks.   Must be committed to food safety and cleanliness, and be willing to completely clean workspace each day.  Expected hours:  6:30 am to 3:00 pm, 2-5 days a week.

On-call:  dishwashers, bussers, and experienced wait staff to work on an on-call basis, parttime as needed.   Add your name to our list, and we’ll call you in when we need someone to fill in.   Great way to prove yourself and move into a regular position.

  • Non-smoker – we prefer non-smokers.   You must be a non-smoker to work with customers in the front of the restaurant (servers & bussers).  If you work in the kitchen or prep area, you may smoke outside while on your normal break.
